Miami Brand Building Trip Giveaway

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Calvin Chase DerGarabedian.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open worldwide unless restricted by local laws. Entrants must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. Employees, contractors, and partners of CalSMG are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins when the page opens for entries and closes on the date shown on the website countdown. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Complete the application form on calsmg.com.

2. Submit a video explaining who they are, what they want to build, and why they want the opportunity.

3. Join the free CalSMG Whop community, which confirms and secures the entry.

Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries may be removed.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a fully paid trip to Miami, including:
• Round-trip travel
• Accommodation
• Filming and editing sessions
• Content strategy planning
• A full five-day brand building experience

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection

A random draw will be made from all eligible and confirmed entries. All valid entries have an equal chance of winning.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be announced on Calvin’s Instagram Story (@calvindergara) at the date listed after the giveaway closes. The winner will also receive a direct message. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.

8. Travel Requirements

If the winner lives outside the United States, flights will be arranged in coordination with the winner. If the winner is unable to travel on the selected dates, alternative dates may be considered. If no date works, a new winner may be chosen.

9. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply to the acceptance of the prize, based on their local laws.

10. Rights to Content

By entering, participants grant CalSMG the right to use their submitted video and any content created during the trip for promotional purposes, both online and offline.

11. Disqualification

Entries may be disqualified for fraud, false information, harassment, illegal activity, or failure to follow the entry steps.

12. Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless CalSMG from any claims arising from participation or from acceptance of the prize.

13. Not Affiliated

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or Whop.

14. Changes

CalSMG reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if needed for any reason.
